There will be a welcome reception on Friday evening, after the end of the first conference day.

There will be an excursion on Sunday, leaving IST around 10 am. The visit will start in Belém, a historical landmark of Portugal. Then we will drive through Cascais, a former fisherman village, on our way to Guincho (a spectacular beach) where we will have the conference lunch close to the ocean. After lunch the visit will proceed to Sintra, a little town north of Lisbon which was awarded World Heritage Status. The tour will return to Lisbon the end of the afternoon.
