$$
S=\{(x,y,z)\in\R^3: z= 4 - 2\sqrt{x^2+y^2};\,  1< x^2+y^2< 4 \}\, ,
$$
\begin{itemize}
  $\rho$ e $\theta$ como parâmetros;

\end{itemize}

\noindent{\bf Resolução}

\noindent A equação $ z= 4 - 2\sqrt{x^2+y^2}$ define um cone com
vértice o ponto $(0,0,4)$ e
eixo o eixo
 $Oz$. A superfície $S$ é a parte do cone contida entre as linhas:
$$
\left\{ (x,y,z)\in\R^3: x^2+y^2=4; \, z=0
\right\}\,\, {\rm e}\,\,
\left\{ (x,y,z)\in\R^3: x^2+y^2=1; \, z=2
\right\}.
$$
$$
I_z= \int_S (x^2+y^2).
$$

\begin{itemize}
$$
g(\rho,\theta) = (\rho \cos \theta, \rho \sin \theta, 4-2\rho),
\quad \rho \in ]1,2[, \quad \theta\in ]0,2\pi[.
$$
A matriz derivada da parametrização é portanto
$$
Dg(\rho, \theta) = \left(
\begin{array}{cc}
\cos \theta & -\rho \sin \theta \\
\sin \theta & \rho \cos \theta \\
-2& 0
\end{array}
\right).
$$
Assim obtemos:
\begin{eqnarray*}
||D_\rho g \times D_\theta g || =
\sqrt{\det(Dg^tDg)} & = & \sqrt{\det
\left(
\begin{array}{ccc}
\cos \theta & \sin \theta & -2 \\
-\rho \sin \theta & \rho \cos \theta & 0
\end{array}\right )
\left(
\begin{array}{cc}
\cos \theta & -\rho \sin \theta \\
\sin \theta & \rho \cos \theta \\
-2& 0
\end{array}
\right)
 } \\
& = & \sqrt{\det
\left(
\begin{array}{cc}
5 & 0 \\
0 & \rho^2
\end{array}
\right)
} = \sqrt{5}\rho.
\end{eqnarray*}
Calculamos então o integral:
\begin{eqnarray*}
\int_S(x^2+y^2) & = &
\int_0^{2\pi}\int_1^2 \rho^2 . \sqrt{5}\rho \, d\rho\, d\theta \\
& = & \sqrt{5}.2\pi.\left[\frac{\rho^4}{4}\right]_1^2 = \frac{15\sqrt{5}\pi}{2}.
\end{eqnarray*}

$$
h(x,y)= (x,y, f(x,y)), \quad (x,y)\in T
$$
onde $f(x,y)=4-2\sqrt{x^2+y^2}$ e $T$ é a região no plano $Oxy$:
$$
T=\left\{
(x,y): 1<x^2 +y^2 < 4\right\}.
$$
Neste caso o factor no integral é dado por:
\begin{eqnarray*}
||D_xh \times D_yh|| = \sqrt{\det (Dh^t Dh) } & = & \sqrt{1 +
\left( \frac{\partial f}{\partial x} \right)^2 +
\left( \frac{\partial f}{\partial y} \right)^2
} \\
& = &
\sqrt{1 +
\left( \frac{-2x}{\sqrt{x^2 + y^2}} \right)^2 +
\left( \frac{-2y}{\sqrt{x^2+y^2}} \right)^2
}  =\sqrt{5}.
\end{eqnarray*}
Portanto o integral é dado por:
$$
\int_S (x^2+y^2) = \int_T (x^2+y^2) \sqrt{5}\,dx \,dy.
$$
$0<\theta <2\pi; \, 1<r<2$. Assim obtemos:
$$
\int_S (x^2+y^2) = \int_0^{2\pi}\int_1^2 r^2\sqrt{5}\, r\,dr\, d\theta=
\frac{15\sqrt{5}\pi}{2}.
$$

\end{itemize}
